Workplace Specific Language Skills Training

In order to help facilitate the communication process between management and the front line Hispanic workforce, Training for Hispanics in the Workplace has developed Online Training Programs for:

  • Non-English fluent Hispanic employees and;
  • Non-Spanish speaking Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors

These training program have been designed in order to promote enhanced communications across the cultures.  Studies have clearly shown that improved communications in the workplace significantly reduces errors and  increases employee productivity.

Improved communications also raises employee morale and helps to build trust between team members and team leaders.
